List the steps you will take to achieve this goal.
I would suggest that Willow continue to go to her early morning jogs and yoga classes. Next, I would suggest that she do research on
the links I have provided her above and educate herself on healthy eating and hormonal health. Then, book an appointment with Dr. Turner and learn from her analysis, vitamins and healthy diets. Willow will then start to incorporate the vitamins that her body is missing into her diet and use the recipes and tips I have provided for her. As for time management I would suggest that Willow hire a babysitter to take her daughter off her hands so she can start to focus on her mental, emotional and physical self. Once she starts to incorporate vitamins into her diet and eating healthy, she will see a difference in her stress levels and her sleeping habits will also change for the better. Once this happens she will gain motivation to start having higher levels of physical activity and start doing mini workouts at home in her living room and going out on her morning runs more often.
What barriers or challenges might this person face and how could they overcome them?
The barriers and challenges that she might face would be that she is unable to find or afford a babysitter. To overcome this, I would suggest looking for adds of young teens with their babysitting license. They are still qualified to care for your child and may be a lot cheaper than hiring an adult to care for her. She could also get family to help her. In most gyms there is usually a day care for children while you go do your workout. This might also be an option for her if she decides to join a gym. She would get the best of both worlds, having her time to workout and having her child looked after. She could also workout at home and meal prep while her child takes a nap. Another barrier would be that she doesn’t sleep enough because of her child waking her up in the middle of the night. Willow and her husband could start taking turns in the night to care for the baby, instead of Willow having to do everything on her own. The extra sleep that she gets will help her gain more energy to go out jogging in the morning more often and also give her more time to have a healthy breakfast.
