XYZ INFRA COMPANY LTD.

The company, incorporated in 1998, was initially engaged in the field of telecom infrastructure in India. In the period between 2002 to 2010, it was one of the key player providing various services for the telecom industry, ranging from work planning and design to Operations & Maintenance services which include Radio Frequency Engineering Services, Project Management Service, Telecom tower design & Supply, equipment installation & commissioning, testing & integration etc. The company has four tower manufacturing installations spread across India.
However, as the fortunes of telecom industry declined, the company diversified into power transmission and distribution. Leveraging its strengths accrued over a period of time in telecom industry, it could swiftly emerge as a key player in the power transmission & distribution segment. It is one of the top five approved vendor for 765 KV transmission towers, with the key power utilities in India.
Presently, the company provides the following services:
Design and Supply of Transmission Towers: It undertakes custom designing of Transmission Towers and Substation Structures.
Transmission Lines Construction: It undertakes Turnkey as well as Task/ Scope oriented Projects for Transmission and sub-Transmission Lines in India. Scope of work for the company as an EPC contractor broadly includes Design & Detailing of Towers, Testing, and Manufacturing including Galvanization of Towers, Survey, Route Optimization, Foundations/Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning of Transmission Lines. The company has completed more than 1000 km of 400 kV Lines & 1500 km of lines below the voltage level of 400 kV for several power utilities.
Electrical Project Division: This division undertakes design, supply, erection & commissioning of Extra High Voltage Substations & Infra Electrification works.
Distribution Systems: This division undertakes Turnkey Projects for erecting feeder systems which
