CURSO: Diseño de sistemas de producción (MII 500)

1. DESCRIPCION
El curso permitirá al educando la compresión de la forma en que el diseño de sistemas de producción contribuye a crear en las compañías una ventaja competitiva. La meta es transmitirle al educando una serie de capacidades e instrumentos que podrá aplicar realmente.

2. OBJETIVO GENERAL
Proveer al estudiante de los conocimientos fundamentales para el diseño de sistemas de producción que estos puedan aplicarlos de manera práctica.

3. OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS • Comprender los fundamentos del análisis del proceso. • Analizar como son diseñados los sistemas de producción. • Desarrollar y aplicar en forma practica los conceptos de diseño de los sistemas de producción. • Comprender las limitación que se presentan en el diseño de sistema de producción y como superarlos.

4. METODOLOGIA
Se espera que el estudiante tenga una alta participación, por lo que se tendrán solución de problemas, asignaciones prácticas y exposiciones de temas relevantes. Estas incluirán sesiones presenciales y una sesión virtual, 5 horas.

5. EVALUACION
La nota final de curso se obtendrá de la siguiente forma:
