Since ever the public started raising concerns about the effects associated with smoking, it has been an uphill task to those who are addicted to smoking to quit. As a result, several companies have been manufacturing cessation products; gum, nicotine patches etc.
The latest product that has been introduced to help people quit smoking is e-cigarette also known as electronic cigarette. An e-cigarette looks like real cigarette even you emit smoke just like normal cigarettes, but they don’t contain tobacco. When you smoke the e-cigarette, you inhale nicotine vapor, unlike ordinary cigarette which you inhale carcinogen which are harmful not only to the smoker but to people around him/her as well.

E-cigarettes are manufactured with different levels of nicotine. This gives you an opportunity to control the level of nicotine intake as you slowly quit smoking. You can start by smoking e-cigarette that has got nicotine level which is equal to the level you used to smoke the ordinary cigarette. You can then start slowing down as you wish until you completely quit smoking.
One reason to why people find it hard to quit smoking is because, they are addicted to inhaling smoke from a cylindrical object and that is why e-cigarette has emulated everything that ordinary cigarettes have including the smoke only that the contents is different. So smoking e-cigs won’t make you feel nostalgia.
Electronic cigarettes have become more popular nowadays and many people who have been struggling to quit the act of smoking have now found an easy path to quitting the act.     As a smoker myself, I have noticed a number of differences between cigarettes and e-cigarettes. The taste of a regular cigarette to me is much more satisfying than that of an e-cigarette.
