3. Conclusion:
Even there is a benefit of instant noodles such as a high carbohydrate, but most of the materials in instant noodles are very dangerous. If you eat instant noodles not in a large number, it may reduce the bad effects in out body. However, it is much more better for us to avoid consume instant noodles and try to consume another foods which give more advantages such as vegetables and fruits that consist of vitamin, mineral, protein which is very useful for our body.
