Human’s are bring trafficked categorically to work as a sex worker or bonded labour or in some cases removal of organs from a trafficked person. While the poverty and lack of education plays a key cause of human trafficking, there are other factors which also aids in human trafficking. The major area which needs reform is to have a stringent laws and regulation as the traffickers have been taking due advantage of weak laws and its enforcement. The other area is the open border which allow different people to come and go. Further, 21st century’s globalization has adided in fraudulent conducts across the porus borders. Thus, the enforcement authorities are required to tackle numerous challenges to reduce the cases. The continous preventive measures taken by the Non-Governmental Organizations goes in vain with numerous challenges faced by them.
