Causes Of Mass Shootings
On December 2, 2015 Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, a married couple killed fourteen people and injured twenty one people in San Bernardino, at a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health. Unfortunately, it has been the second deadliest shooting in California, while the San Ysidro McDonald’s massacre is the first in 1984. Mass shootings has been at a rise the past a few years, and every year mass shootings is becoming into a common thing especially with the media getting every drop of juice from these horrible events. It’s important to look at the factors behind mass shootings, who are behind it, and the consequences in the community, friends, and family.

Mass shootings has also turned into terrorism here at home but as will involving itself with terrorism organizations, and countries are joining together and fighting to stop it. Maybe data does show that whites are the number committing gun violence, but this has data has been collected since the 1980s so whites aren’t the only ones, and nowadays people are more scared been involved in a shooting you can’t even go to work, school, church, to lunch, or even to the movies and enjoy it with family without a shooting occurring. Mental illness isn’t the only major cause of people committing these horrible tragedies, and a lot more is involved not only psychological but also social aspects in your life, community, alcohol, family violence can as well trigger it. It is said that psychiatrist can predict gun shootings or have a way to predicting it, but unfortunately it’s not true mostly because psychiatrists can’t predict it first of all, and shootings don’t occur frequently so it’s impossible to predict. A man/woman/teen/kid can go from a happy life, working, going to school, enjoying their family and snap any time and turning itself into a monster taking innocent lives with them. Many people blame the guns and ask for stricter gun control, but the guns don’t shoot
