Website Details VELAMMAL (MAIN) Evaluation Test - Plus one admission 2011-2012 (for CBSE students)
1. Evaluation Test for the CBSE students who have registered will be conducted on 03.06.2011(Friday). 2. Reporting Time : 9.30 a.m. Late comers will not be entertained. 3. Duration of the Exam : 10.30 a.m to 12.00 noon [1 ½ hours] & student who registers at the counter will be issued an evaluation /interview form. It must be duly filled in by the candidate and handed over to the invigilator at the examination hall along with X Std mark statement. 4. Student appearing for the evaluation test must bring the Std X mark

statement downloaded from the Internet compulsorily. It should be handedover to the invigilator along with the Evaluation form. 5. Seating plan will be displayed in the website www.velammalresults.in on 02.06.2011(Thursday) at 10.00 a.m.
6. The details of the blue print of the Evaluation Test is as follows: Syllabus : Std X ( CBSE ) Subjects : Maths, Physics, Chemistry Weightage : Maths 50%, Physics 25%, Chemistry 25%

Type of questions : Multiple Choice Questions. 7. A copy of the school’s intimation notice with Appl.no, Name, Block, Room No etc., displayed in the website should be brought for verification. 8. The results of the Evaluation Test will be displayed in the website on 03.06.2011 ( Friday) by 06.00 pm . 9. Shortlisted candidates in the Evaluation Test will have to attend a personal interview on 04.06.11(Saturday) at 10.30 a.m 10. Last date of payment of fees on or before 08.06.2011(Wednesday)

Note to the students
11. Students must report to the test venue in proper and decent dress code. 12. Late comers will not be entertained. 13. Re – exam will not be conducted for the absentees. 14. Once admission is confirmed, change of group or second language will strictly not be entertained. 15. French as second language will be offered only if a student secures 90% in the Board Examination (or) secures an aggregate of 90% in Maths and Science
