Article 1
1. The biggest thing I never knew was hoe monumental it was due to the fact that he changed everything at the last moment. I never knew he had even changed it up.
2. The person from which they are showing their point of view is very influential in the speech. Therefore by doing this it exaggerates how amazing the real speech was. Jones was also a witness to the speech so he knew far more about it than the average person.
3. “These people out there don’t know it yet, but there about to go to church.” I like this one because it reminds me of school and more specifically my Engineering teacher, Coach G. he always lectures to us and sometimes even points out that he’s preaching to us, he even has his own “Bible” on how to do well in the class. But outside his call church can be a lot more than that, since religion is a lot of what people believe just from growing up. And overall that’s what the “I Have a Dream” speech was, a trip to church.
4. One of the Allusions used is when it says Singer Mahalia Jackson. When it references her telling King to “tell ‘em about the dream”. It’s relevant because if she actually did this I truly could have affected his speech.
5. I think it’s ironic when it says 100 years after the emancipation proclamation. This was supposed to free all slaves, but it didn’t equal them in class. So even a hundred years later King has to fight for the simple class equality.

1. I think the Article is organized in to 3 different section all with their own person to explain the situation. In the first section it’s Carolyn McKinstry. In the second section it’s Chuck Morgan. And last the third section has Chervis Isom.
