Celebration of the Independence Day in My School
Introduction:
Our Independence Day is on 15th August. It is celebrated throughout the Country as on this day of the year 1947, India won her freedom from foreign rule. It came after a long and hard struggle.
Preparation for the day:
We celebrate this day with great zeal every year. This year great preparations were made in our school. Every one of us was eager to take part in the Independent Day Celebration. The vice principal drew up a programme which was announced by the principal on the 12th august.
Programme of the Day:
Early in the morning of the 15th August we gathered in the School ground. Our teacher also joined us in a few minutes.
There we stood round the flag pole. We were asked to stand class wise. The teachers stood behind us. On our Principal’s request, the Chairman of School Governing Body came forward to perform the flag-hoisting ceremony. He was in his happy mood. Exactly at eight the flag was hoisted. We stood in attention to give salute to the flag.
After the flag ceremony Jan Gan Man was sung. The scouts’ band played the tune. The flag ceremony came to a close with a few speeches delivered by the Teachers. Al the speakers threw light on the importance of the day and our duties towards the country. We were very glad when the principal announced that each of us would get a packet of sweets.
Conclusion:
Thus we celebrated our Independence Day in our school. Every Indian must take an oath on the Independence Day to remain loyal and patriotic and to save his or her beloved motherland from any outside attack or humiliation, even at the cost of his or her

Diffusion is the random movement of molecules from an area of higher concentration to areas of lower concentration. Osmosis is a special kind of diffusion where water moves through a selectively permeable membrane (a membrane that only allows certain molecules to diffuse though). Diffusion or osmosis occurs until dynamic equilibrium has been reached. This is the point where the concentrations in both areas are equal and no net movement will occur from one area to another.…

The story I think will stick to me the most in the years to come is “The Mask of the Red Death”. It was the one that really stuck in my mind. Diseases always seemed alarming to me. That is why I chose to make my short story on a disease. Another reason is all the symbolism, it got under my skin and really left it’s mark. For instance, the ebony clock, and the 7 rooms. They always had given me an indescribable feeling. Another is the imagery of the blood. As the avatar for the disease Edgar Allen Poe represented it very well. Finally the theme, the idea of the story. I understood it as there is no escape from death. That rubbed off on me, and made this my favorite, most haunting, yet most memorable story from Poe.…

It’s also important to remember when and how we gained that freedom from England and became our own country because of their sacrifices. Independence Day is a way to remember them.…

The United States (U.S.) Criminal Justice System (CJS) consists of three interconnected branches that rely on communication and collaborative efforts to function and meet the needs of society. The three CJS branches of law enforcement, courts, and corrections can appear autonomous but it is common for all three branches to share responsibilities and rely on information collected from various areas of the CJS. Some examples of necessary collaboration and communication situations between CJS branches include legal searches, investigations, and pre-sentence reporting. Supreme Court decisions or major state cases will also influence the roles and responsibilities of the CJS branches at both the state and federal levels (Fagin, 2017). Lastly, research…

Finally the day arrived; it was 15th of August, our independence day. We reached there in the morning. When we reached there, I was happy to see a lot of decorations to welcome us. The children were already prepared for our arrival and were sitting in lines orderly. We tried to be cheerful and friendly to the children by waving and smiling at them. They looked happy and excited about our visits. They smiled, laugh, and clap when we talk to them. We gave all the things we got for them and then had fun with kids. They had a painting competition and an essay competition that day. All of them did well. Their names and cheers were creative and meaningful. They were energetic when shouting their cheers. We…
