Some states have now made it illegal to drive while using a hand-held cell phone. It can be very dangerous to use a cell phone while driving. It should be illegal in all states. Using a cell phone while driving should be illegal because it is distracting, it can cause accidents, and it can cost a lot. Cell phone use while driving is very distracting. Driving is something that requires a lot of concentration, cell phones could distract one from their driving. There are many other distractions such as road signs, other drivers, and animals.
