To Whom it may concern,

I, Mr Abdel Majid Bouchiba (British passport no. ) declare that i will be sponsoring Ms Sarey Chheng (my partner ; Cambodian passport no. ) in her Visa application for a six month visit to the UK. She will be visiting my family, and also engaging in tourist activities.

My partner Ms Sarey Chheng is the mother of our daughter Sabrina Bouchiba (British citizen ; Birth certificate entry no. )

I will be responsible for my partners travel costs to and back from the UK. i will also be responsible for all my partners costs during her 6 month visit to the UK.

My sister Ms Hayat Salim (British passport no : ) will also be co-sponoring my partner. My sister will be providing accommodation.

In terms of employment, I am a freelance IT consultant and work on a contract by contract basis.
Supporting documents will include bank statements for the last six months, and the current value of my share portfolio to indicate I have sufficient funds to cover all costs for my partners six month visit to the UK. My statements are from my banks in Belgium, the reason for that, is that is where I worked on a freelance basis and where I deposited and invested my earnings whilst I worked there.
