    As an adult learning, returning back to school is quite a challenge. Managing work life and your home life itself can be a struggle. In an article “First-Year College Students’ Time Use, a study was conducted to examine relationships among first-year college students’ time use, academic self-regulation, and target and actual grade point average (GPA) at three time points. (Thibodeaux 2017). It was found that first year college students had lower GPA’s their first semester, than they did their second semester. One component stated in the article was Planning Time.     Study and stress are two common issues that can never be separated from a student’s life. The purpose of this research is to study the sources of stress which have been revolving around the undergraduates in International Islamic University Malaysia, Gombak. A sample of 40 respondents were used which consist the students from the Bachelor of Accounting program. The respondents were given a set of survey which was distributed in the class and via email. The results showed that the sources of stress among undergraduate students are related to academic performance pressure, unhealthy behavior and financial problem. Meanwhile, academic performance pressure was considered as the major reason that contribute to stress among the accounting students in International Islamic University Malaysia, Gombak followed by financial problem and unhealthy behavior. Hence, throughout this research, it is expected the study can assist other researchers who want to examine the causes of stress among the university students. Besides that, it can aid the related parties to ensure that the effects of the study stress will not have affected the students’ life to an extent. Thus, it is hoped that the findings can contribute in terms of understanding the factors behind stress faced by the students these days. The research is done to study whether or not the Gold reserves of the world are co-integrated means that the gold reserves of the world co-move with each other. Data is extracted from the World Gold Council of past 62 years having a sample size of 32 countries. Conceptual framework model is developed comprising of 32 variables. Johenson Co-integration test is applied to analyze the data. Co-integration is present in the continent of Africa in recent years as the Trace statistic value is greater than the critical value (T>C.V) so there is co-integration between the countries regarding the Gold reserves in the continent of Africa. Countries in Asia show that co-integration is present. It is observed that co-integration is present in Europe from recent years. No co-integration is observed in North American continent found at any level of time because it is noted that the trace statistic values are less than the critical value.
