Chapter 11 Alternate Ending
Azlaan gave Shifa some time, to regain her composure. Few minutes later, he pulled her tenderly in front of him and asked,
'Are you alright?'
She was still shaken up but managed to nod her head.

He was debating what to do next, when Shifa leaned on him again, completely worn out from the exertion. He held on to her shoulders instinctively, to let her know that he would be there to support her, whenever she needs him.

'He wanted me to elope with him and when I refused, he tried to drag me, saying that he was actually doing me a favor.' She wanted to let it all out.
Azlaan still couldn't believe that a person's denseness would cause them so much distress.
'There is something wrong with his brain X vessels, I think he needs to be in a psychiatric

'Go change your clothes, you will be able to sleep comfortably.' He wanted her to forget about everything and rest, X it was time for her to unwind after all the drama.
Shifa looked at him fearfully, clutching onto his elbow.
'Don't worry, I am not going anywhere.' By now he was aware of her anxiety and without being asked, reminding her that he was there. Nodding her head while leaving all her worries aside, she smiled gratefully making her way towards the bathroom to change.

Shortly after, Azlaan saw Qasim at the door and asked him to come inside by the hand gesture.
'Is she OK?' Qasim asked genuinely worried about the girl, who had not only shaken his cousin's tough exterior, but also managed to calm the ferocious beast. When Azlaan nodded, Qasim continued,
'My parents are taking Shataj Khala and Jaffer to the station right now, their train leaves in half an hour.'
Azlaan wanted nothing more than to get his hands on to Jaffer for scaring Shifa so much, but he knew he couldn't leave now. Shifa needed him and he'll be damned if he let her down

What happened to you?' Qasim blurted out.
Azlaan had completely forgotten about his bane of existence, he could only remember Shifa's pain and nothing else. His concern for Shifa made him fail to consider the after affects of his worst nightmare.

'I don't know, I could never change back this fast. I was ready to attack Jaffer when I pushed the door, but when Shifa came running towards me, her fear gripped me from inside. In that state she became my priority, nothing else mattered. She needed me to calm her and that's what I did, forgetting my initial anger.' He was just as confused, and involuntarily, his thoughts came pouring out in front of his cousin.
Looking at Qasim's confused expression, he added,
'Qasim, there are things you don't know about me, and it is better that way, ignorance is actually a bliss. Please don't ask me about this, it is something I won't be able to tell you about. Lets just say, anger makes me physically turn into another person.' There were things he couldn't share with anyone, this was one of them. Qasim loved Azlaan as his own brother and respecting that relation, he didn't want to drag Qasim inside the hell hole of burning fire which had no
