It hides files from kids, friends and co-workers, safeguards them from viruses, trojans, worms and spyware, and even protects them from networked PCs, cable users and hackers.

-Performance of Barangays in Vigan City This study assessed the performance of the barangays in Vigan City in terms of livelihood programs initiated, economic enterprises, health programs assisted, organizations organized, garbage collection and disposal system, and revenue. The influence of input variables on the performance of the barangays was likewise looked into in this study.
The descriptive research design was utilized in the study. The respondents were comprised of the Punong Barangay, the Barangay Secretary, and five other residents in the 39 barangays of Vigan City. The questionnaire used in the study was based on the Barangay Performance and Productivity Monitoring System
(BPPMS), which was constructed by the Local Government Academy (LGA). The said instrument was supported by interviews with the barangay residents, ocular inspections of equipment and tangible projects/programs, and documentary analysis. Data gathered in the study were analyzed through the use of the following statistical tools: frequency and percentage, mean, and Multiple Regression
