Chapter I
Introduction
A business needs to be managed and be organized for it to be able to compete in today’s market, our client is still manually managing and cataloging her business transactions and is likely falling short of the standards presented in today's modern trends.
1.1 History of the Organization
Farmacia Fortuna started as a small drugstore on September 8, 1986. The previous owner Mrs. Erlinda Fortuna-Arcillas started providing medicine and miscellaneous. In December 9, 2009 the business changed its ownership Mrs. Ma. Norma Fortuna-Nia.
1.2 Nature of Business
-Drugstore
Farmacia Fortuna provides medicine and miscellaneous that will get the right medication and needs to customers.
1.3 Organizational Chart-Sole Proprietorship
The owner controls in managing all the responsibilities connected with Farmacia Fortuna. She is responsible of maintaining the property and securing a business license.
Sales Clerk - entertains the customer.
Pharmacist – prepare and sell the drugs and medicines that a doctor prescribes for patients.
1.4 Mission/Vision Mission- To educate the patient and give the right medication Vision- Customer service is our pride
1.5 Corporate Objectives To offer medication and miscellaneous to the people with maintenance and needs.
