The review of the study focuses on the benefits given by the Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera) soap. Facts were gathered from books and Internet as references in order to get the needed information for the study.

Also known as: "Malunggay" in Philippines, "Sajina" in India, "Shojne" in Bengal, "Munagakaya" in Telugu, "Shenano" in Rajasthani, "Shevaga" in Marathi, "Nuggekai" in Kannada, "Drumstick Tree, Horse Radish Tree, Ben Oil Tree" in English, "La mu" in Chinese. Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera) is a popular plant known for nutritional value as well as an herbal medicine. Malunggay is a plant that grows in the tropical climates such as the Philippines, India and Africa. Malunggay is widely used as vegetable ingredient in cooking, as herbal medicine for a number of illness and other practical uses.

Malunggay possesses exceptional oxidative stability which may explain why the Egyptians placed vases of Moringa oil in their tombs. The healing properties of Malunggay, also known as behen oil, were documented by ancient cultures. It has tremendous cosmetic value and is used in body and hair care as a moisturizer and skin conditioner. Moringa oil has been used in skin preparations and ointments since Egyptian times. This is very long lasting oil with a shelf life of up to 5 years. Skin moisturizing benefits are derived from the fact that moringa seed oil is high in vitamins A and C and unsaturated fatty acids. Moringa seed oil contains antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which help heal minor skin complaints such as cuts, bruises, burns, insect bites, rashes and scrapes quickly. Moringa oil is also helpful for purposes of tanning or maintaining a tan. This oil is rich in copper and calcium, which are important nutrients for the skin.
Soap is a cleansing agent created by the chemical reaction of a fatty acid with an alkali metal hydroxide. Chemically speaking, it is a salt composed

Melaleuca oil was used long before this company was formed. The Aborigines in Australia discovered a plant called the Melaleuca alternifolia tree and that this plant had healing properties. They used this plant to treat insect bites and heal wounds. It got the nickname tea tree because the leaves from the tree were boiled. Laboratory test were done and soon it was found that this tea tree oil was very effective in treating burns, insect bites, fungal and bacterial infections and other skin conditions. Some used the plant for so many applications that they called it a ‘first- aid kit in a bottle,’ reflected in the fact that Australian soldiers in World War II carried the oil of Melaleuca in their first-aid kits (Net Industries, LLC, 2007).…

Soaps are fatty acid alkali metal salts using linear aliphatic carboxylic acids of from ten to eighteen carbon atoms, the hydrocarbon chain being oil soluble and the carboxylate ion end water-soluble (1). The number of carbon atoms in the chain is very important for the utilization of a soap in cleaning: if it is less than ten carbon atoms, it will not cause emulsification of oil and if more than eighteen carbon atoms are present, the salt is not sufficiently soluble in water to form an adequate colloidal solution (1).…

Why is it that death is the only certain thing that anyone and everyone should anticipate from life? Nothing in life is set; things can change in a matter of seconds. Death is the end; the end for the pain and for suffering that is going on in one’s life. A single event can change a person’s life forever, it gives them a different perspective, and it alters a path than they would have expected to be on. Both Go Ask Alice by Anonymous and You Before Me by Jojo Moyes are two perfect pieces of literature that illustrate how one event can change a being’s chores in life and kill them. Once any hopes and dreams prove to be unattainable, life becomes an unfortunate slippery slope of self-loaf and pain; it is up to this person to get themselves out of this new…

It can also be propagated by seeds, which are planted an inch below the surface and can be germinated year-round in well-draining soil.As with all plants, optimum cultivation depends on producing the right environment for the plant to thrive. Moringa is a sun and heat-loving plant, and thus does not toleratefreeze or frost. Moringa is particularly suitable for dry regions, as it can be grown using rainwater without expensive irrigation techniques.…
