RESEARCH AND DESIGN Methodology and Design used for this specific study will be based on the qualitative design methods, which include interviews of the students of Asian Institute of Computer Studies. This study utilized the descriptive method of research. As widely accepted, the descriptive method of research is a fact-finding study that involves adequate and accurate interpretation of findings. This chapter presents a detailed outline of how an investigation will take place. A research design will typically include how data is to be collected, what instruments will be employed, how the instruments will be used and the intended means for analyzing data collected.

DATA GATHERING PROCEDURES
The researchers make a proposal letter to be approved by Mr. Roland D. Reyes of Roland Bakery. After the needed information achieved, we went freely inside their Bakery. The researchers conducted an oral interview with the dentist to be able to get all the information needed in the study. After collecting that information the researchers started to make a system that will help them to manage their dental clinic in a simplest way using technology.
The data for this research were collected using a survey questionnaire also internet help the researchers and a source of codes to develop a working dental record system.

I would recommend training and regulations in using the system. I would also address the importance of accurate information reported. The system is used to compile reports that are required by the federal government under various grant programs; therefore, every single employee needs to remember that this is a non-profit organization and in order to operate successfully, we need the funding and resources available to accomplish our mission and goals. I would address and reinforce administrators that their major responsibility is to maintain and monitor the accuracy of data entries. Managers typically are interested in structuring an organizational architecture that will work well and does not depend on specific people filling particular jobs. Individuals come and go and the manager wants an organization that will work well as these changes occur (p. 34). With this being…

In any context the principles of relationship building with children, young adults and adults are the same. It is very important I build I a relationship with them so they feel comfortable in my company. This relationship overtime will allow them to trust me and encourage effective communication. Whilst building this relationship it is important to remember things that are significant to them as individuals on a personal level, their family life or a hobby they enjoy. This will show them that I have taken time to listen to them. Some factors I do without thinking about whilst others require a little more effort on my part. Effective communication happens in many different ways and is a key factor to developing relationships with children and adults. The purpose of methodology is to compose an underlying paradigm justifying the research methods undertaken (Blaxter et al 2001). The research methods apply to the specific techniques of data collection (Cryer 2000). The strategy of designing research should follow a logical path from methodological choices through to appropriate techniques for data collection (Creswell 2002). Creswell (2002) ensures that if this guideline is followed and the research is conducted in a thorough manner, then it is more likely the research will lead to a successful outcome.…
