This chapter deals with the presentation, analysis and interpretation of data gathered by the researchers. Its main concern is to determine the present system in order to know the reason why the proposed system should be developed.

Table 1. shows the respondents of the study. It shows that there were 160 or 98.77% are students respondents while there were only 2 or 1.23% are staff respondents.
Further analysis shows that majority of respondents are students.

It shows that were 172 or 100 percent respondents answered the present system used is manual; No or zero (0) respondents answered the question that the present system is computerized and semi – computerized.
Further analysis shows that majority of the respondents answered that the present record management system in the recording the Institute of Agricultural Technology,Cauayan-Campus,Cauayan City is manual.
