SUMMARY FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

This chapter indicated the general findings of the study. The summary indicated the general finding for the statement of the problem. The conclusion is the generalization and interpretation of the findings lastly, the recommendations are logical actions that will help solve the problem discovered in the investigation.
Summary of Findings:
1) 18 students in Physical Science class at Arellano University Pasig participated in this study. The gender of respondents in this research are balance with nine a piece. The age of respondents ranges from 16-24 years old. Majority of the respondents belong to BS Information Technology.

2) Majority of the respondents, choose exercise as their biggest factor that affects healthy lifestyle with the percentage of 54.55%. Weight Management and Stress management serve also as an impact in affecting a healthy lifestyle with a percentage of 18.16% and 13.64% respectively. Lastly, nutrition, alcohol and smoking came up as the lowest factor respondents that will affect healthy lifestyle.

3) One of the healthy practices of Physical Science students at Arellano University Pasig is enduring with physical activities. More than half of the respondents stated that they are performing physical activities such as walking, housework, cycling, stair climbing, swimming, running, or sports at least 30 minutes a day, but when it comes to strength training activities, 10 out of the 18 respondents said that they don’t involve themselves with it. Regarding safety there were situation given in the study. First, when it comes to respondents buckling up their seat belts most of them said that they seldom(1-39%) practice this safety habit. Another situation focuses on the usage of Safety Gears when riding a bicycle, motorcycle or similar form of vehicle. 38.89% said that they always perform this healthy practice while 33.33% stated they occasionally wear safety gears.
