As the rising action begins, Meg meets the Mrs. Ws and Calvan. She also travels with the Ws in the rising action. In the climax of the story, Meg saves her father, her brother gets taken by It, and Meg falls ill. The falling action consists of Meg getting better and saving her brother from Camazotz. The resolution happens when everyone travels back to earth safely.
The main starting conflict in A Wrinkle in Time relates to Meg’s father’s disappearance when she was young and her wanting to find him. The W’s tessered Meg her brother and Calvan to save him.
