I am very outgoing and sometimes consider myself to be very talkative, even when people tell me to be quiet I cannot help it. That is just the type of person I am. I like to be heard even if I am the only person listening to myself my brain is always running and developing new thoughts and ideas to discuss with other people. Whenever I am with my friends they are constantly telling me to be quiet because I never stop talking I just do not like it to be quiet. I feel that I am the life of the party I also do this at work with my co-workers I just like to talk I feel I have a mouth to express myself and be heard. Openness to experience I feel is another that describes me well because along with always thinking and talking I an very curious to know a little about everything. I feel that I can learn about different things forever, and that I can always learn how to do something I already know a different more efficient way. Curiosity never hurt anyone I believe the world is full of many mysteries and we must unlock and discover them to learn what they are. I also find myself building thing without the instructions not because I do not need them, but because I am curious to see if I can create what I am building without them. Even if I do not know something on a subject I will sometimes act as if I do because I want to see how gullible people are, and I also know many facts about everything so it is easy to believe me. Using agreeableness I would consider myself to be ruthless and soft-hearted why, because I tend to be easygoing and am kind to people I know, but if I do not know you I am not going to be nice to you. Do not get me wrong though even with people I know I can turn on if they give me a good cause to snap on them. People who hitch for rides I…

Sometimes, just because you may be related to a person, it doesn't make them family. This was a theme that was beaten into to us throughout the story of the Outsiders. So many characters dealt with fathers beating them, mothers turning a blind eye, whether it was from sheer will or from drug abuse. The “Greasers” and the “Socs” both had to deal with parents abandoning them, being neglected, and not having parents there when their own children needed them most. It seemed like if you had a kid in this story that was even a little essential to the plot, you were the epitome of bad parenting.…

After watching the video of “The 5 Skills”, I would have to say that I am not an innovator, the reason that I am saying this is because I am not a creative person to think of things in such a way or what type of questions to ask. I would be askign questions, but at the same time I would still be questioning myself wondering if I am asking the right ones. In regards to possessing innovative skills, I believe I don’t know have any, but that is asking myself, that doesn’t not mean others may think different or see that I do have any innovative skills. I guess the one innovative skill that I may have would be asking “questioning” that is because I can ask a lot of questions, whether they are dumb or the right ones, I am not afraid to ask questions. I believe I would have to acquire the other four skills in order to be a great innovator. Without them I know as an innovator I would be successful. Once I learn more about the five skills and how they are a asset in order to be a great innovator, then I would put the 5 skills in place as I plan for any kind of innovation in order to have a great product. All 5 skill are important steps and if they are not practice then you will not be a great innovator.…

There were traits and suggestions that were found in several of my strength areas. For instance, several strength sections mentioned the fact that I consult the experts when necessary, and the fact that I allow individuals with more knowledge of certain skills obtain leadership at different periods. I am certain of this to be true because I have developed a self-awareness that allows me to recognize when I am not competent in certain matters, and to seek out support. Planning along with organization, and maintaining order was also found in several areas of my result. These three traits were found in numerous of my strength areas. Additionally, being diligent and verifying information was another theme, and so was being industrious. Sequential thinking and performance were common themes as well. I consider sequential thinking as my greatest and evident trait. I prefer for tasks, events to be in sequence. Even though I am able to adjust when things are not in order, I prefer following a proven pattern and…
