It drove him crazy thinking how she got her emotions under control so easily. If it was up to him, he would be jumping up and down in joy and yelling all sorts of happy words to counteract the evil in the Universe just because he had triumphed in another mission. Even after a century since he was brought back from Elysium from the Underworld there were still some situations where he would act like a complete mortal. But of the few things he had learnt about his Commander throughout that century one was that she wasn’t someone to show emotions easily. She always knew how to keep his feelings under wraps.

They appeared to have the same thought as her, from what their faces told her. She had decided against using her powers to control any of her lieutenants when they had joined and that was really starting to frustrate her. The problem with her decisions was that once she made them, she found it very difficult to change them, even with the best reasons.
The doors of the Throne Room swung open, breaking Aria out of her thoughts. Her head snapped up, like Char and Grace’s, hoping to see her Mother. All she saw Angel and Castle, bursting in. Castle’s blond hair was wild, as if he had just woken up and tumbled out of bed. Angel’s black hair was tied high in a ponytail. Her leather bow sewn together with Chaotic Silver was slung over her shoulder. They walked up to the three others, the doors swinging closed behind them.
“What’s wrong, Commander? What’s happened?” Angel spoke, calmly.

“Why are precautions necessary now when we never required them in the past?”
Chaos, her mother did not turn to look at her, which Aria found alarming. “The precautions are simply that. Precautions. We can never be too careful…”
“That is not being careful, Mother. That is being indirectly cautious of an impending threat!” Aria argued, trying to reason with Lady Chaos. “This is not necessary.”
Chaos did not look at Aria even then when she repelied. “You do not know that, child.” Chaos said forcefully, yet Aria could tell. Her Mother did not believe this to be true herself.
Zeus cleared his throat. “Uh, I believe it is time we left. Lady Chaos. Lady Aria.” He and the other divine beings bowed and turned to leave. They were about to step past the doors of the Throne Room when Aria twisted her hand, letting her powers course through her. The doors slammed close before Zeus and his entourage walked through.
“No!” Aria almost screamed before quietening her voice and speaking more softly. “No. Please do stay a little longer. I am sure this will be of utmost interest to you all.” She may have spoken softly but her voice had no warmth. She was sure now that Chaos was hiding something from her and everyone
