Chaucer's Greediness

One type will be to tell how the two characters' own qualities (That is reflected in the prologues.) are reflecting upon the society of Chaucer’s time. For example, what does the greediness of the Pardoner say about the Church of Chaucer’s time? What does the description of the Wife of Bath say about women’s roles in society at that time? What was Chaucer trying to change?

The pardoner and his greediness it's not what the people like. He cons them for their money and time when these people aren't the richest and he steals and takes things to make a living for himself.he tries to be a preacher and preaches something that doesn't even make any sense he's lied to them and he a thief. This man is not a good caregiver let alone not a good leader.
