Guess what? I am so excited! I have just been promoted to Program Manager! I am going to make such a difference for this Organization. There will be so much to do you know, with the Programs since they all have a limited time on them. Things like Purpose of Evaluations so that I can review and possibly make it better for the outcome of service/program, Evaluative Research which I can look into research on methods, Descriptive Research will be awesome because I can explain what is in the studying that goes on. The Theory is a great one; it is facts, propositions that are used in the relationship to everything of the program activities. I will be able to Input so that I can step in and use the proper methods and help with the staffing of the service that is being needed. I can oversee the Outputs as well making sure that the outcomes of the services are achieved. There is a Service Delivery Model which is the activity going on to what makes the turning the input and going to the output. For the user support employee, a customer service model begins and ends with communication. Communications not only involves speech or writing, but listening or reading well also. Communications is a two-way exercise, which involves both parties and their need to reach a satisfactory resolution. The various forms of communications between a user support employee and a customer determines the experience of a customer with user support as well as, adding or detracting to the opinion the customer has of the company. The first of these communications is the tone and style of the support employee. Each support employee should strive to create his or her own personal style of communication. This style should include everything from a greeting to a strategy for resolving customer complaints (Beisse, 2010). The technician should use clear, succinct speech or writing to convey the necessary information to resolve the customer’s issue (Beisse, 2010). A technician’s style should include the ability to categorize a customer to meet that customer’s needs and expectations. Support technicians should be able to restate a customer’s problem in the technician’s own words to show empathy and understanding of the customer problem. Economic is made up of funding sources, contributors, referral sources, consumers, and competitors. The technological domain encompasses all the areas of professional and technical advancement that must be monitored to ensure that the agency remains on the cutting edge as new developments and innovations emerge. I would like to start my Human Service work in a counseling position. I am a very good listener. I have people that love to come and talk to me about their problems or situations. I also help them to find better ways to express their thoughts and emotions when solving their problems. I am studying for my Associate Degree in Human Service at University of Phoenix. I chose this field because of a personal life experience I had at the age of nine. I also feel that I have the right attitude and personality for a counseling job.
