In the article Mentoring for Executives and managers by Cheryl Meyer she discusses the important of having mentors. It is important to have a mentor because they can share a lot of information and knowledge with their mentee. There were several rules that the Meyer mention in her article the mentor and mentee should to have a great relationship. The first step was to get to know each other.
