The movie “Smock Signals” that was made by Native Americans mentioned about the family of Victor and Thomas. The movie was made in 1998, and it takes 89 minutes. Victor and Thomas came from the community; however, they had several differences. First, they differ in their physical appearance. Victor had attractive body and long hair. He also wore stylish casual clothes. On the other hand, Thomas looked younger than Victor, and he looked nerdy. He was also short and skinny young man. Next, they had a huge dissimilarity in their personality. For example, because Victor was stoic, he had evil personality. He was also mean to people, and he wanted to look like warrior. However, Thomas was talkative and happy young man. In addition, he was story
teller even though some of his story was not true. Finally, the other difference was their relationship with other people. Thomas chose to be alone in spite of his personality. Also, his relationship with his family and friends was poor. On the other hand, Thomas had the ability to meet and talk with new people. He had also a great relationship with his grandmother. All in all, people could be different even if they are from are same community. Also, the movie showed how addiction affected families.
