Take an example on South Korea's fever around the world, or it usually called as Hallyu Wave. Hallyu itself is a business, culture and image of the country. Start from 1999, South Korea's economy has been increasing little by little, since Hallyu is giving a big impact across Asia, it helped 0.2% of South Korea's GDP in 2004, it was around US$ 1.87billion, and 10 years later—2014—Hallyu Wave helps adding US$ 11.6 billion, it was ten times than before. If on 1965, South Korea's GDP per capita is less than Ghana, nowadays, it surpassed Ghana and become world's top fifteen largest economy and South Korea become very futuristic. One of the criterias are elections in china, where the system is hierarchical electoral system. People's Congresses directly elected, whereas the higher level are indirectly elected. People's Congress elect governors, mayors and the head of district and town. Even the President and State Council are elected by National's People Congress. But there is an system of election in China named Village Election, that was for rural area, this can push China to progressing towards democracy, the existence of this system is for development of rural area, and only the villagers area could apply this system, where the committee of this election and candidates are selected by citizen, and it included as democracy. The villagers are the only one who held direct election, and the amount of population lives in rural area is approximately sixty percents, therefore, the Village Election system can affect the whole area and probably in the future, China can be a democracy
