Lactated Ringers IV Premix continuous 100 ml per hour fluid and electrolyte replenishment Given to replace body fluids. Patient fell and was dehydrated after being on the ground for several hours.
Morphine IV 2 mg q2hr or as needed. opioid agonists Given to treat her severe fracture pain.
Sennosides ( Senokot)1 tab 8.6 mg every bedtime. Stool softener Given to prevent constipation.

While I was giving her a Chlorhexidine bath patient told me to be careful with one red and white string that she was wearing on her left wrist. I asked the patient if the string had a meaning for her and she told me that it means luck for her.
Developmental assessment: According to Ericson Mrs. CC is in the stage of Integrity vs. Despair” Patient reflects satisfaction of her life, she is proud of her two children. The patient might have some despair because she feels that she could have avoided taking the garbage out to prevent her fall that will keep her away from being active and independent.
Effects of illness/hospitalization on sexuality: Patient expressed frustration about the lifestyle changes that he has to face now that she is hospitalized. I was not able to assess the effect of sexuality during hospitalization.
