Chocolate Chip Cookies
One of my familys favorite treats is homemade, chocolate chip cookies. From the smell of the kitchen to the chocolate of the hot cookies coming out of the oven, when I’m making chocolate chip cookies it makes me feel good about myself cause I was taught well on how to make chocolate chip cookies. Long as there is a gallon of milk in the fridge to go along with my cookies then I’m good to go, my family is actually ready for chocolate chip cookies anytime. Chocolate chip cookies not only bring my family and me together, but they provide us with a delightful treat, and they allow me to share them with our my family once they are finished.
I always like to prepare in advance, just to be on the safe side. I make sure I have more than enough ingredients. When I’m preparing early I make a list of missing ingredients to pick up from the grocery store. This is just in case I don’t have enough things to finish making the chocolate chip cookies. If you have everything then you are good to go and ready to make your cookies.
For the chocolate chip cookies, we use the Toll House cookie recipe found on the back of the bag of chocolate chips. I found out down the line

We put twelve spoonfuls of dough on each baking sheet, baking twenty-four cookies at one time(by choice). We put them in our preheated oven, and we set the timer for ten minutes. Like I’ve said before I have learned lesson on what to set my timer on , the recipe says nine to eleven minutes, but from my extensive experience with my oven, I have learned that ten minutes works the best. While the cookies are baking, I make the other two other cookie sheets by placing twelve spoonfuls of cookie dough on each pan. When the timer goes off, I pull the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies out of the oven, and then I place the other two sheets of cookie dough into the oven. I set the timer again for ten

Once you have prepared your kitchen you can get started on the recipe. First pour a pound of whole pecans and a teaspoon of cinnamon into the food processor and grind them to a fine chop. If you do not own a food processor you can purchase finely chopped pecans and hand mix the cinnamon into them; however, I do recommend the food processor method because you can chop the pecans to a nearly dust-like consistency. Set the cinnamon pecan blend aside while you start to prepare your dough.…

Open the bag of cookies and put them all inside the Ziploc bag. Once all the cookies are in the bag, seal tightly and lay bag on a flat surface. Take the baking rolling pin and start rolling the pin over the bag until all cookies are crumbled. When you are finish with this process you may notice that some of the cookies are not crumble as finely as you want them to be, so then you must use the blender. Pour the cookies crumb inside the blender and cut four ounces of cream cheese. After cutting the cream cheese put it inside the blender also. Once you have the cookies crumb and cream cheese inside the blender, mix together until you get a consistent color and texture. Then you will take a spoon and pour mixture inside a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Hence, I would definitely cook a tasty dessert for my family if I had to accomplish a kind gesture for my family or friends. Due to the feeling of pride it would give to my parents, the sweet-tooth of my brother, and the feeling of happiness for me, this exploit would be the best play a coach could call. I believe that a small act of kindness like this could definitely go a long way. In fact, if everyone exuded such bonhomie, the world would be positively…

While preheating your oven, prepare the dough! Combine the 2 ¼ cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in to your small mixing bowl. You won’t be using these right away, just set that aside while you prepare the rest of your dough. Now grab a large mixing bowl, add 2 sticks of butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and beat the four ingredients with your hand-mixer. Once the ingredients are well mixed together, crack the eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Beat the mixture until it is blended enough. Take the small bowl of dry ingredients, and slowly add small amounts into the already blended bowl. What you will be doing is adding a little, then using the hand-mixer to blend, little by little, until the dry mix is gone. Now you have the cookie dough. But wait! You have one last step! You can’t forget the chocolate chips! I tend to add the whole bag when making this dough, but feel free to add as many as you may please! Once you have added…
