Chris Clintons Narrative
Clinton thought to himself as he pulled into the arena’s parking lot. Great, Chris Cox is here. Now I have to deal with him for four years in a row.
Clinton stepped out of his truck and walked into the arena’s office that is being used to teach them the rules and what their two year olds are expected to know. As usual Chris came walking up to him.
“ Aren’t you excited we get to do the NRHA Futurity together again?”
“ Ya… that’s the word for it. Excited,” Clinton responded sarcastically.

Clinton now knew he was up to something so he decided to follow him. He made it inside without Dennis seeing him and watched as he started talking to a guy, with glasses and a big hat dressed in a black suit, in a backroom that had a bunch of big red buttons and levers. Clinton wanted to get in ear-range so he started inching himself closer but he bumped into a wall, making Dennis and the guy in the suit stop talking and look straight at Clinton. Dennis quickly ran over to one of the buttons and hit it. The next thing Clinton heard was a loud, alarm like, beeping, people screaming and a huge ROAR. He started looking around and there it was 50 feet from where he was standing, the Park's biggest T-Rex and it was running right towards him! Clinton tried to run but, he couldn't move his feet! It was like he was frozen from fear. The T-Rex was getting closer and closer with its mouth wide open, focused on Clinton. Clinton didn't know what to do; so, he sat and waited for the T-Rex to get there, and went over how he got to battle Voldemort and how he got away without dying. Then he remembered he could try the meanwhile trick again since it work the last two times and got him out of his previous

SNCs’ five paragraph order contained pertinent information, but was heavily punctuated with the use of filler words such as “uh” which hindered the flow of the order and made it difficult to understand. SNC’s Situation paragraph was briefed out of sequence. During movement to the objective SNC moved throughout the squad to ensure proper dispersion and physically moved subordinates who did not immediately correct dispersion. Upon receiving enemy contact, SNC issued clear orders and ADDRAC. SNC lost mission focus, to resupply a desperate squad, and instead allocated his entire squad to assault a lone enemy’s fighting position. During the assault, SNC lead from the front, directing his fire team leaders to alter direction of attack and maintain…

Based on a character’s actions alone, many could be seen as evil or immoral. However, characters are not as black and white as they seem. Infact, many complex characters fall in between the lines of inherently untainted or inherently reprobate. In Charles Dicken’s novel, A Tale of Two Cities, Madame Defarge is a character who could, based solely on her actions, be considered evil or immoral. Yet, the full scope of her character leaves the reader feeling more sympathetic.…

Pretend we are still in the early 2000s. Could you have ever imagined the day where Donald Trump, a businessman and television personality, would be in the running for the 2016 Presidential Nomination? The Clinton scandal with monica lewinsky was similar to Nixon's in several ways. Linda Tripp first discovered the scandal when she spoke with Monica Lewinsky, who told Tripp of her ongoing sexual relationship with the Bill Clinton. Tripp went onto investigate the situation by taping her and Monica's conversations during October of 1997 (Cohen 28-29). Lewinsky was later called into another Clinton sex scandal, the Paula Jones case. Lewinsky told Tripp over the phone before this, that she was going to deny everything and lie (Cohen 37). Lewinsky stating this to Linda created the assumption that Lewinsky was going to lie under oath in order to protect the president. Lewinsky was soon detained by Kenneth Starr and other FBI members for questioning at the same time Clinton was being questioned about Paula Jones (Cohen 47). Clinton several days later when questioned on Lewinsky stated “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.” (Cohen 56). This was highly similar to Nixon’s “I am not a crook” speech as it would be proven a…

The 2016 Presidential Election was easily the most negative Election in recent history. Apart from my policy disagreements with President Elect Trump, I am morally repulsed by his conduct. My Hispanic friends were offended by the insinuation a that Mexican immigrants were criminals and a unwanted burden on the United States. My female friends were terrified by his misogyny and open, joking (at best) attitude towards sexual assault. I was disgusted by his disdain for the environment and the truth.…
