For the first week I ate as I normally would, with no plan, and no restrictions, then every night I recorded my stress level (see attached scale record). Over the seven days of week one I have a M = 6.14 on the stress scale indicating that during any given normal week I could predict me stress level to be moderate. During weeks two and three I recorded my stress level only three days out of the seven. During this period I was following a dinner meal plan and had an average M=5.08.
