New Systems Proposal Page 1
Hello. I would like to thank you for taking the time to look over my proposal for your company. After seeing the problems that you are having, it seems that one of the biggest problems are the overall cost of training your employees on your new system.
We would like to see your approval a system the new Cloud system that will help you in your overall cost and in the next few years, should save you money. We would like to propose a Riordan Cloud system service that will maintain …show more content…
This will allow us to reduce startup costs from the needed bandwidth upgrade instead of having a large T3 line that will meet any demands but increase our costs dramatically. The only disadvantage of this type of setup is its limited

scalability due to its cost limitations at bonded T1 lines the cost is greater than that of a fractional T3. So in the end you would simply be paying extra for the having multiple bonded T1 lines. The option to upgrade to a fractional T3 or even a full T3 can be made at a later date when a more accurate demand calculation is attained after initial implementation and operation of the new system. To summarize a bonded T1 line offers a cheaper cost initially that can handle the increased bandwidth required by the new system. During our initial launch and early operation we will have it built into the connection creating a newer network to eliminate a potential connection issues. This will give us a great idea to where we stand with the output of true bandwidth demand of the new system and can guide us into upgrading into a fractional or full T3 at a later date
