Meanwhile, as much as both Malcom and King shared the same beliefs, which was freedom from white oppression for African Americans. Malcom X approaches were completely different from King’s peaceful protest. One of Malcom main philosophy was that Africans must fight for their freedom by “Any Means Necessary’ even if it involves violence. Malcom believed that African Americans should build their own communities, job opportunities, educating themselves. He did not believe in integration, nonetheless he viewed integration as a way to dismantle the black communities.
