Civility And Candor In The Workplace
Civility and candor are very vital to the workplace and requires the usage of them on a daily basis. Three things you can do to create a culture of civility and candor in the workplace would be character, caring, and competency. To me it also takes trust, credibility, and respect as well. Caring for the employees at the workplace and actually showing it will not only build character, it also builds well developed relationships with positive feedback. Good character builds personal and corporate values and help aid in establishing a firm background for its employees. Working collectively efficiently to reach a universal goal in order for the workplace to become successful is common goal that corporate and higher management look forward
