Clafoutis Research Paper
A clafoutis is a French baked dessert made by baking cherries or other fruit in a custard like batter a bit like pancake batter. Normally, a clafoutis is made with black cherries, although you can cook it with other fruits such as prunes, plums, blueberries or apples. Although, these variations should be called flaungardes, not clafoutis. Some people who make this dish like to leave the pits in the cherries when making it. Although it tastes much stronger of cherry if the pits are left in the dish. But of course, eating a dessert full of cherry pits would be pretty bad for your teeth. so people don’t like to bake the dessert with the pits anymore.
