Clarity Contract Review Paper
Review Clarity contract products and add information that is missing in the software. Must add execution dates, corporation n#, and final execution dates in the completed contracts. Reduce the number of waiting countersignature contracts in Clarity. Send emails to vendors requesting for a fully executed copy contracts and also update any information received by the vendors. This objective has helped me learn and understand new challenges regarding this software in order fulfill any requirements.

Examine hard copy contracts that are older than 10 years from now. Read and evaluate for important information and then scan the hard copy contracts. Enter pertinent data and upload the contract into the contract database. Must toss the hard copy contracts

    In the future, if Citizen-Schwarz AG continues to change their original contract requirements there needs to be sign offs from both Span Systems and Citizen-Schwarz AG directors. This clause is meant to formalize a change and suppose to notify and bring in upper management from both sides to handle a change request by following the Information Technology Project Methodology Standard. This clause is not written to handle out of the ordinary requests. This clause needs to be able to handle difficult requests and effectively document a procedure that can hold both sides accountable for changes made to the original contract. This clause also needs to be streamlined, so that both parties can act quickly upon agreed changes to the contract. It would be best to amend a clause to the current contract that is specially written to handle requirement changes throughout the project. This clause should document the process to effectively make difficult change request. This process should also require sign offs from project directors from both companies. In addition, each change request needs to be a legal contract that carefully documents how the scope of the project changes with each request. Each request absolutely needs to document how the timetables and schedules will be affected through the continuation of the project.…

    The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was the one who issued the Privacy Rule to implement the requirement of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPPA”). The Privacy Rule addresses the use and the disclosure of individuals’ health information called the protected health information by organizations that is connected with the Privacy Rule called “covered entities,” this when the individuals’ can better understand and how to control their health information. The goal of the Privacy Rule is to assure that individuals’ health information is properly protected while allowing the flow of the health information needed to provide good quality health care. HIPPA was enacted by the U.S. Congress and signed by President Bill Clinton in 1996. I would say that it was enacted by the government, and the law became effective by July 1, 1997. Employees must be very well trained so they are capable of protecting all information for the patient and their families. There are special guidelines that apply the information includes health care status of the insured person, health claim attachments, and health care premiums. Employees should also know that there are heavy fines if the health care providers break the rules. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 were signed into law on February 17, 2009. If an organization failed to comply with the rules there will be fines to pay. The amounts start from 10,000 to 100,000 depending on if the violation can’t be corrected. The criminal penalties as of June 2005, the U.S. Department of Justice clarified who can be held criminally liable under HIPPA. The individuals who knowingly obtain or disclose health information in violation of the Administration Simplification Regulations face up to a 50,000 fine and possible up to 1 year imprisonment.
