Classroom Management Plan Analysis

I feel very confident that I will be able to implement my classroom management plan during my first year of teaching. I have already been in the classroom for years, so I have gained the knowledge of what is and what is not effective. Working in the self-contained classroom, often the students are in the classroom for a few years before moving on. This helps in the students knowing what to except and helps the new students adjust to their new classroom. With new students I may have to change or add to my plan for what may arise. I have learned new ideas and strategies in this class that I plan to incorporate into my own one day. I feel making a management plan that focuses on the issues at hand is important to my students. Being ready for what
comes my way and willing to make changes as needed will allow a learning environment for all of my students.
