CLC Group Values (What do we need to do to ensure our team’s success?)
What Each Team Member Agrees to Do
Why This Is Important to the Team
Check into the CLC regularly to review progress on the assignment.
To see if everyone is on task and if anyone needs any assistance.
Contribute ideas and feedback to the group from initial discussions throughout project completion.
Someone may have more ideas/perspective that can be beneficial to the project.
Communicate with all CLC members as soon as a problem or issue arises.
So that these issues/problems can be resolved ASAP and ensure the project is turned in on time.
Maintain respectful communications with all team members.
We are all adults and professionals. We need to build each other up and not tear anyone down. We all deserve respect.
Complete assigned tasks by the deadlines set by the CLC members.
One team member may not be able to complete their task until someone else’s task is complete.
Take a leadership role in CLC assignments.
Everyone needs to take an active role and do their share.
Make sure to cite and reference all sources of information used in completing tasks.
A reference page is part of the assignment.
