In this model, the process of implementing the clinical supervision in nursing should be formalized together with the whole structure of the service and of the institution, thereby ensuring the participation and involvement of everyone. The works should begin with the identification of the nurses’ needs and the formation of the concepts, objectives and strategies to be followed.
