Seniors are personally responsible for accounting for their absences in their individual classes. However, as a courtesy, at the end of each semester an unexcused absence list will be posted. Any question or

concerns regarding absences should be directed to Mrs. Cockrell-Harris, the attendance principal. In the event that an error is found, Mrs. Cockrell-Harris will provide written clearance and the appropriate teachers will be notified.
SENIOR VISITS TO COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES
Graduating seniors are encouraged to visit prospective colleges and universities before making a final selection for attendance. Therefore, since some colleges/universities sponsor events during the week for prospective students, graduating seniors will be allowed to make (1) official visit to a college/university campus during the regular year.
Appropriate forms must be picked up in advance in the high school office. These forms are to be completed by the college representative and returned to the office so
