CloudFlare is a technological company that protects websites from harmful visitors that might engage in spam or hacking and it also optimizes the loading speed and reduction of bandwidth. CloudFlare maintains a specific corporate culture that practices self-direction and minimal hierarchy; by sustaining this corporate attitude CloudFlare faces multiple issues including a making negative profit. The purpose of this case analysis is to determine the current state of the software company, diagnose the company’s main problem and establish the most effective solution based on the company’s culture and qualities to adapt.
