1. Purpose of Business Analysis Performance Plan
The overall objective of business analysis performance plan is to manage the performance of business analyst’s activities to ensure that they are executed as effectively as possible. The purpose of the Business analysis Performance plan is to determine which metrics will be used to measure the work performed by the business analysts. It includes how we track, assess, and report on the quality of the work performed by business analysts and take steps to correct any problems that may crop up. If problems are identified, determine appropriate corrective action (which may feed into the development of future plans on this or other projects

2. Description
This task describes how organizational process assets governing business analyst’s activities are managed and updated

2.1 INPUTS
2.1.1 Business analysis Performance Metrics
In this the actual performance measures are captured, analysed and it became the basis for taking corrective or preventive action.
Minimum no. of stock outs at the stores
Low inventory carrying cost
Timely delivery of stock to the warehouse
Timely delivery of stock (before4.00 pm)to the stores everyday
Timely order dispatches to the supplier(before noon) by purchase manager on priority
Performance evaluation of existing suppliers, based on
Feedback of existing suppliers
Delivery delays from existing supplier-local supplier ,time taken=1 day, outstation supplier, time taken=2 days
Developer requirement satisfaction index (survey)
Project stakeholder satisfaction index (interview)
QA requirements satisfaction index
