INDIVIDUAL PROJECT PROPOSAL Global Associates Inc., with branch offices around the country to assist with the rollout of a new companywide compliance system have decided to initiate a company-wide 10 hour training for all managers across the country. This training will cover both the use of the new platform as well as a host of new compliance policies. Further, this training will be conducted in-person at centralized locations for each company branch. The objectives of this compliance training project will be to: Effectively train all managers for all locations of Global Associates Inc. Provide oversigh and direction and input for all managers towards compliance Bring up-to-speed all managers on the new compliance issues and technology Build motivation and foster interest in the newly implemented technology
Details how success will be evaluated Success will be evaluated through managerial feedback post-training with their reaction to how useful and effective the compliance training went as it pertained to the newly implemented technology. Also, feedback will be quantitatively gathered and evaluated. Post training and feedback from employees and management will be gathered about the specifics of compliance issues of the newly implemented technology and how the managers believe this training will benefit their

    After looking over Matthew’s Implementation plan I can see that it is well thought out and comprehensive. Every area of the assignment was followed. I think that the portion of the paper that stands out is the great deal of thought and precision that is in the project timeline. The timeline is very in depth and even allows for a small window of extra time, if needed. Areas of improvement would be more detail on the scope items. Had questions about who would create test/automation scripts, for example. Project budgets are typically broken down by SDLC phase in my experience as well as by line item.
