INDIVIDUAL PROJECT PROPOSAL Global Associates Inc., with branch offices around the country to assist with the rollout of a new companywide compliance system have decided to initiate a company-wide 10 hour training for all managers across the country. This training will cover both the use of the new platform as well as a host of new compliance policies. Further, this training will be conducted in-person at centralized locations for each company branch. Names the project Global Associates Inc. Companywide Compliance Training
Briefly describes the project This project will provide compliance training companywide at Global Associates Inc. towards implementation of the new technology for all managers across all branches of Global Associates Inc. This project will look to coordinate with all branches of Global Associates and require at least 10 hours of training for all managers of Global Associates Inc. This training will be hands-on and be centrally located for each branch.

The objectives of this compliance training project will be to: Effectively train all managers for all locations of Global Associates Inc. Provide oversigh and direction and input for all managers towards compliance Bring up-to-speed all managers on the new compliance issues and technology Build motivation and foster interest in the newly implemented technology
Details how success will be evaluated Success will be evaluated through managerial feedback post-training with their reaction to how useful and effective the compliance training went as it pertained to the newly implemented technology. Also, feedback will be quantitatively gathered and evaluated. Post training and feedback from employees and management will be gathered about the specifics of compliance issues of the newly implemented technology and how the managers believe this training will benefit their
work.
Highlights what is needed to ascertain the measurable organizational value (MOV) of this project. Marchewka (2012) coined the term MOV or measurable organizational value which is similar to a return on investment concept in business. During the compliance training, measuring “happiness” or “satisfaction” will be difficult but measuring business value and value provided towards Global Associates Inc. is more logical. Further, for MOV to be effective MOV should be adequately outlined and defined prior to beginning any project.
For this compliance training, the measurable organizational value will be defined as value added towards Global Associates Inc. from learning about the compliance issues of the newly implemented technology. Further, this enables managers to provide value, organizational efficiency, and customer satisfaction for Global Associates Inc.
