Conglom-O, Inc. To Management: New Compliance System
With the need for expansion, a new compliance system is required for Conglom-O, Inc. This system will be an expansion to the existing compliance system. With this new system new compliance policies will be implemented across the organization. Training will be required by various levels of management as well as supporting employee training. This is to ensure that at every level of the organization employees will be able to perform to the new standards set forth by the new system. This training will align all segments of the organization in accordance with the Comply-all

The main focus group of this program will encompass the managers of each district across the organization. Management will be directly affected due to the fact that they will be in attendance for the required training. The individual employees across the organization will not see the effects of the Comply-all project at first. The required training for the program will be passed down through management to lower level employees across the organization. The effects of this project will also not be immediately seen by upper management to include the CEO. Upper management will require reporting to better understand the rollout and implementation of the new project. This process will allow for future revisions of training to be better evaluated and implemented. Extensive training will be required for management of no less than 15 hours on the new system. Reviews and training of the new compliance policies will be required as well for management. With the new system the organizations segmented database will be consolidated into a central common database. This database will be used to access information that will be saved in various databases that the organization will

    After looking over Matthew’s Implementation plan I can see that it is well thought out and comprehensive. Every area of the assignment was followed. I think that the portion of the paper that stands out is the great deal of thought and precision that is in the project timeline. The timeline is very in depth and even allows for a small window of extra time, if needed. Areas of improvement would be more detail on the scope items. Had questions about who would create test/automation scripts, for example. Project budgets are typically broken down by SDLC phase in my experience as well as by line item. The only thing that I can see that needs improvement would be spelling and grammar. If this were actually being presented to a company’s CEO, it would not look very good with punctuation and grammar errors in it.…
