THE TASK
Personal Introduction
My name is Vincent Manjoro; I currently work as Sterile Services Quality Manager for Imperial College Healthcare Trust.
My main responsibilities are; to oversee and manage the decontamination and sterile services contracts between The Imperial College Hospital Trust (ICHT) and InHealth Sterile Service PLC (IHSS), and managing all aspects relating to the decontamination and sterilisation of surgical instrumentation.
5002 - Information based decision making
Qualitative and quantitative analysis may use information about the same characteristic, however qualitative methods may rely on information that is not easily measurable while quantitative methods deal with data and is hard to express as numbers.
For example, if I want to analyse how customers view our services, I might interview some of our customers and ask for feedback.
Whereas I can express quantitative information mathematically; For example, analyse objective data such as how many customers’ uses our services or how many make complaints.
Knowledge of our product, industry and employee capabilities can help in making beneficial business decisions.

1. Information needed to choose which style of illustration to use in a promotional brochure:
I would use both qualitative and quantitative information to choose which style of illustration to use in a promotional brochure perhaps meet with graphic designers or expects in the field to choose the style of illustration since it is a promotional brochure, I may also want to discuss or conduct a survey with colleagues or a focus group for feedback
I might also use
