Coaches Mcshane And Gilnow: Ethical Case Study
Coaches McShane& Gilnow are expected to maintain, store, and dispose of any records that promotes confidentiality, security, and privacy (2008). One ethical dilemma is another client sees the written sessions of another client and both clients go to the same school and are minors. The secretary left Mary’s written sessions on the desk in open view while she went to the restroom. She didn’t take precautions to secure the file before leaving her desk.
Clara read Mary sessions and found out she is sexually active and has been with ten boys at school. Clara with this information goes to school and discusses her finding with half the school. Mary goes to school and realize everyone is making fun of her and she is told that Clara saw her session
