Abstract
In Modern world Today’s Business are ongoing changes. It requires new knowledge and skills as a means of knowledge innovation. Now this knowledge is transfer into the workplace by the fact of increase knowledgeable workplace in order to remain competitive market and business sustainability. Career and Talent management are one of the important buzzword of modern HR. It creates the ability of knowledge and transfer into skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
