DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

This chapter will primarily focus to the nature of the firm, its mission and vision, as well as the products and services it offers.

Company’s Name

Every business has its own uniqueness in order to be known by the public and that will be suited for the consumers. The name of the business is a brief description of what kind of business it is.

The business is named as Savour Coffee Shop. Savour means the taste and smell of something. In this coffee shop you will taste and smell the best coffees in the area. It will not only offer espressos but also different types of delicious cakes and sandwiches. It will also offer other drinks such as teas and juices. Costumers surely cannot resist the pleasant aroma of the shop’s coffees and the finger-licking sweetness of the different cakes it offer.

Vision

Savour Coffee Shop envisions to be known as the premier coffee shop. The coffee shop will stand out from the other coffee shop in the area because of its store design that will be both visually attractive to customers, and designed for fast and efficient operations. Savour Coffee Shop looks into the future with plans of expanding its operations throughout the Philippines by opening five to ten more branches in the country after 4 years.

Mission Savour Coffee Shop will make its best effort to create a unique place where customers can socialize with each other in a comfortable and relaxing environment while enjoying the best brewed coffee or espresso and cakes in town. Savour Coffee Shop will be in the business of helping our customers to relieve their daily stresses by providing piece of mind through great ambience, convenient location, friendly customer service, and products of consistently high quality.
