Cognitive Theory
The writing is an analysis of two learning theories practiced in modern day nursing: behavioral theory and cognitive theory. Both the theories are widely used by nurses to guide patients in modern day health care. It refers to individual’s physical and mental ability, values, and interests as variables of learning; it is more effective and long-term oriented way of approaching patient care.
